Saturday, AUGUST 30, 2025

8:00AM | 9:00AM: SBR SPIN CLASSES

11:00AM-RECHARGE AND RECONNECT

12:00AM-4:00PM: SBR TRAINING

SBR Training wIll be held at at Shock Fitness Studio. This state of the art facility will become home to both seated instruction and practice led by Coach Risse and the SBR training team. Participants should plan to participate in a weekend of events. Virtual participants will receive access codes for training.

9:30AM: SBR PRACTICE RIDE

9:00AM-2:30PM: SBR TRAINING
